Time to celebrate Fourth of July and of course that means FIREWORKS! Celebrations are back in many places. Here are some of the best places to see fireworks in the Poconos. Most are free. And some even have music, food and other entertainment.
Camelback Resort
Camelback Resort will have the Star-Spangled Spirit Independence Day Celebration with a fireworks display over the Pocono Mountains. Festivities will be held at Camelbeach, the outdoor waterpark, beginning at 7pm.
Eastburg Community Alliance
Eastburg Community Alliance kicks off the holiday weekend on Friday, July 2 with the Eastburg’s Big Bang Fireworks event. It will be held on Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg. Music and activities begin at 3pm with fireworks starting at 9pm.
Mount Airy Carnival Grounds
Mount Airy Fireworks Independence Day main event will be on July 3 at the Mount Airy Carnival Grounds. There will be live music and food vendors from 5pm to 9pm and the fireworks show starts at 9:30pm. Both admission and parking are free.
Skytop Lodge
Skytop Lodge will be celebrating all weekend with Fourth of July activities from July 2 through July 4, with lawn games, water sports, live entertainment, campfires, and much more. The grand fireworks display will be on Saturday, July 3. Live entertainment starts at 6:30 pm and the fireworks will begin at dusk. This event is open to the public. However, the limited parking for non-resort guests will stop at 8:45 pm and costs $10.
